Bodywork configuration |
The superstructure features a 5.9-meter-long and 2.55-meter-wide recovery flatbed platform with a rated load capacity of 10 tons. The deck base is constructed from 6mm thick high-strength, wear-resistant checkered steel plate, while the supporting frame is fabricated from 16mm thick solid steel plate. The platform adopts a recessed flush-mount design to lower the overall vehicle center of gravity. High-density grid reinforcement and closely spaced triangular bracings are welded underneath the flatbed to boost structural rigidity, enhance durability and extend service lifespan. The recovery flatbed is fully equipped with double-layer thickened manganese steel slide rails, a 10-ton hydraulic winch, a 10-ton three-section rear outrigger boom, and hydraulic multi-way valves imported from Italy Hydrocontrol |
